Pinkalicious can't stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor's office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe - a dream come true for this pink loving enthusiast. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this predicament.



Amber Dickerson (Pinkalicious) is tickled pink to be rejoining the cast of Pinkalicious: The Musical! Originally from Carnesville, GA, Amber holds her B.F.A in theatre performance from Columbus State University and her B.S. in developmental psychology from CUNY. Favorite credits include Shelley in Bat Boy, Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Sally in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Janet in The Rocky Horror Show. Kara Havig (Pinkalicious) is delighted to be returning to Pinkalicious the Musical! She has also been seen at Vital as Angelina in Angelina Ballerina the Musical. Other favorite roles include Luisa in The Fantasticks, Logainne in ...Spelling Bee, Amy in Little Women, and Bugsy Who in the national tour of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Meghan M. Ginley (Mrs. Pinkerton) is tickled pink to be a part of this production! She has performed with Vital Theater Company also as Gracie in "Angelina Ballerina the musical," both in the off-Broadway run and national tour. Alongside performing, Meghan is also a teacher, teaching classes in theater and art, and is currently working in the NYC Catholic school system. Todd Ritch (Peter) is thrilled to be joining the cast of Pinkalicious! He most recently directed the new musical #LoveStory at this years Fringe Festival. Some other Vital Credits include Angelina Ballerina and Fancy Nancy. Favorite Regional Credits include Avenue Q (Princeton/Rod), Spring Awakening (Ernst), Hairspray (Link), Hair (Claude/Berger), and Ragtime (Younger Brother). He sends his love to his Vital Family.

Joshua Betz (Peter) is thrilled to be returning to Vital to perform in Pinkalicious. His past New York Credits include Fancy Nancy (Vital) and Berenstein Bears (Matt Murphy Productions). Joe Redman (Mr. Pinkerton) is very excited to play Mr. Pinkerton in "Pinkalicious, The Musical" with Vital Theatre Company! Elizabeth Kann & Victoria Kann (Book and Lyrics) co-authors of Pinkalicious (Harper Collins, 2006), which Victoria also illustrated, are sisters who grew up in Brooklyn. Victoria’s award-winning artwork has graced the covers and pages of magazines, newspapers and books. A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, she teaches at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Elizabeth’s writing has appeared in a variety of newspaper and print publications. She is also a doctor with degrees from Vassar, Columbia and Albany Medical College. Visit www.cupcakesforall.com.

John Gregor (Music, Lyrics, Orchestrations) received a 2004 Frederick Loewe Award for With Glee, for which he wrote the book, music and lyrics, presented by the Skirball Center, NYU, and premiered at the 2007 NYMF. John’s adaptation of Gogol’s The Overcoat has been presented in London at the Bridewell Theatre, Barrington Stage Company and The New York International Fringe Festival. Vital Theatre credits include The Changeling and The Bully. Graduate of the NYU Musical Theater Writing Program.

Teresa K. Pond (Director and Producer) New York: Off-Broadway production of Pinkalicious (in its fifth year of an ongoing run); premiere productions and readings with The Women’s Project Theatre (Off Broadway), Vital Theatre, Loft Theatre and others. Her award-winning premiere production of Half Life was hailed as the top show of The New York International Fringe Festival (New York Magazine). Regional work: The Barber of Seville (Bleecker Street Opera); Suor Angelica, Pagliacci (Anchorage Opera); Amahl and the Night Visitors; The Clean House and Nickel and Dimed at Western Stage (CA); Tartuffe, Macbeth (LA Times review); The Foreigner, Perfect Wedding at Millbrook Theatre (PA); Sylvia and Shakespeare in Hollywood at Cyrano’s Theatre (AK); plus Of Mice and Men and The Day Maggie Blew Off Her Head, among others. Teresa has directed at NYU and Stella Adler Conservatory, and she is the former artistic leader of A.C.T. in Anchorage. Teresa is a member of The Lincoln Center Directors’ Lab and The Women’s Project Directors Forum, and is a co-leader of the NYC playwright-director company NewShoe. Teresa directed the Toronto production of Pinkalicious (currently in extended run) and recently directed Richard III in Central Park (NY Classical Theatre). A proud member of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC).

Kelly Caitlin Sullivan (Production Stage Manager) holds a BFA in acting and BA in psychology from the University of Central Florida. She has toured the U.S. as both an actor and stage manager. She has been with Pinkalicious since 2013, and has also stage managed The Butterfly Girl, Fancy Nancy the Musical, The Bully, and Peace, Love, and Cupcakes with Vital Theatre co. Recent projects include the HAIR National Tour, PSM with NYMF 2014 and 2015, NYC Fringe, NYC Children’s Theater, and Blogologues.
