Pinkalicious can't stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor's office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe - a dream come true for this pink loving enthusiast. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this predicament.



Amber Dickerson (Pinkalicious) is tickled pink to be returning to Vital Theatre Company's production of Pinkalicious: The Musical! Originally from Carnesville, GA, Amber holds her B.F.A in Theatre Performance from Columbus State University and her B.S. in Developmental Psychology from CUNY. Other Vital Theatre credits include The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy), Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas (JoJo), Flight School: The Musical (Owl), and Kid Frankenstein (Audrey/Mom). Amber was most recently seen in the national touring production of Hanna and the Moonlit Dress (Hanna). Favorite credits include Bat Boy (Shelley), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Hermia), Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey), You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Sally) and The Rocky Horror Show (Janet). Stephan Amenta (Peter) is a NYC based actor, singer, and writer. Select credits include -- Off Broadway: Frankenstein (Write Act Repertory), Lili Marlene (Write Act Repertory). Regional: A Great Wilderness (Williamstown Theatre Festival), Dear Evan Hansen (Arena Stage), Good Boys and True (Retro Productions), Flights (The 24hr Plays: Nationals). Film/TV: PLANT: The Second Coming (Amazon), Earthly Delights (NewFest), On The Case With Paula Zahn (Investigation Discovery), and Rough Night (Sony Pictures).

Elora Daniels (Mrs. Pinkerton) is thrilled to be back with the Vital family! She has enjoyed performing in "Pinkalicious" and "Flight School" on the Upper West Side and on stages across the country in the national tours of “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Live!” and “Alexander Who’s Not… Going to Move.” Regionally, some of her favorite credits include Minnie Fay (Hello Dolly), Serena Katz (Fame! the Musical), and Maureen (RENT). Elora holds a BM in Vocal Performance from the University of New Mexico and is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Meghan (Mrs. Pinkerton) Meghan is tickled pink to return to "Pinkalicious"! Meghan also appeared in "Angelina Ballerina, the Musical" (off-Broadway and National Tour) and "Fashion Academy" (off-Broadway) with Vital Theatre Company. Meghan is originally from Pittsburgh, PA where she attended Point Park University and earned a BFA in Acting/Musical Theater. Meghan’s recent credits include Cordelia in "King Lear" with UP Theater Company and a series regular on "WINK," a web series now streaming online.

Sean R. Jones (Mr. Pinkerton) is thrilled to continue working with Vital Theatre Company, after appearing in their productions of Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas, Pinkalicious, Flight School, and The Wizard of Oz. Originally from Hamilton, Ohio, Sean is a proud graduate of Wright State University.

Amy Weintraub (Allison/Dr. Wink) is thrilled to be joining the team at the Vital Theatre Company! Amy was recently seen Off Broadway in Write Act Repertory's production of Frankenstein and in Regretting Almost Everything at 54 Below. She is a recent graduate of Oberlin College and Conservatory, where she earned a BM in Vocal Performance and a BA in theatre. A big thanks to her friends and family--couldn't do it without you!

Frances Hughes (Stage Manager) graduated from SUNY Buffalo State with a B.A. in Theatre. Frances has been stage managing for Vital for three years and is the current Company Manager. Recent credits with Vital Theatre include Pinkalicious, Flight School, Wizard of Oz and Kid Frankenstein. Frances also works as a stage manager for The Amazing Max and recently returned from a national tour of Goodnight Goodnight Construction Site with Bay Area Children's Theatre.


Elizabeth Kann & Victoria Kann (Book and Lyrics), co-authors of Pinkalicious (Harper Collins, 2006), which Victoria also illustrated, are sisters who grew up in Brooklyn. Victoria’s award-winning artwork has graced the covers and pages of magazines, newspapers and books. A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, she teaches at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Elizabeth’s writing has appeared in a variety of newspaper and print publications. She is also a doctor with degrees from Vassar, Columbia and Albany Medical College. Visit

John Gregor (Music, Lyrics, Orchestrations) wrote the book, music and lyrics for With Glee, which premiered off-Broadway at the Kirk Theater. John's adaptation of Gogol's The Overcoat has been presented in London at the Bridewell Theatre, Barrington Stage Company and The NY International Fringe Festival. Vital Theatre credits include The Changeling and The Bully. Graduate of the NYU Musical Theater Writing Program.

Teresa K. Pond (Director and Producer). New York: Off-Broadway production of Pinkalicious; premiere productions and readings with The Women's Project Theatre (Off Broadway), Vital Theatre, Loft Theatre and others. Her award-winning premiere production of Half Life was hailed as the top show of The New York International Fringe Festival (New York Magazine). Regional work: The Barber of Seville (Bleecker Street Opera); Suor Angelica, Pagliacci (Anchorage Opera); Amahl and the Night Visitors; The Clean House and Nickel and Dimed at Western Stage (CA); Tartuffe, Macbeth (LA Times review); The Foreigner, Perfect Wedding at Millbrook Theatre (PA); Sylvia and Shakespeare in Hollywood at Cyrano's Theatre (AK); plus Of Mice and Men and The Day Maggie Blew Off Her Head, among others. Teresa has directed at NYU and Stella Adler Conservatory, and she is the former artistic leader of A.C.T. in Anchorage. Teresa is a member of The Lincoln Center Directors' Lab and The Women's Project Directors Forum, and is a co-leader of the NYC playwright-director company NewShoe. Teresa directed the Toronto production of Pinkalicious and recently directed Richard III in Central Park (NY Classical Theatre). A proud member of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC).
